The competent general consumer arbitration board for consumer disputes in Germany is the Universalschlichtungsstelle des Bundes (Zentrum für Schlichtung e.V.), Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
