1. About Us

SnusFriend is operated by Nordic Express AB ("we", "us", or "our"), registered in Sweden. Our website is located at snusfriends.com ("Site"). For questions about these Terms, contact us at support@snusfriends.com.

2. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Site and all related services, including ordering, account management, and community features. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.

SnusFriend reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Changes become effective upon your next order or continued use of the Site after the update.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age for purchasing nicotine products in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Site and place orders. By creating an account or placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to cancel orders where age verification cannot be completed. Any attempt to purchase products while underage may be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Orders

An order is considered confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or failure to meet eligibility requirements.

We are only obligated to deliver products that are available in our inventory at the time of dispatch. If a product becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund for the unavailable item.

5. Prices, Fees, and Payment

All prices on the Site are displayed in euros (EUR). Prices may exclude local VAT or excise taxes depending on your country of delivery; any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout before you complete your order.

We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Nyehandel) at checkout. Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards and other methods available at checkout. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship to countries within the European Union. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier conditions. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days after dispatch.

Free shipping is available on orders over €45. Shipping costs for orders below this threshold are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery. If your package arrives damaged, please report it within 2 business days of receipt. For concealed damage (damage discovered after opening), report within 7 business days. For packages lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

7. Returns and Refunds

Under EU consumer law, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date you receive your order. Due to the nature of nicotine products and health regulations, we can only accept returns of unopened, undamaged products in their original sealed packaging.

To initiate a return, contact our support team at support@snusfriends.com. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless we shipped the wrong product or the product arrived damaged.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product. The original standard delivery cost is refunded; however, if you chose an express or premium shipping option, the difference between standard and premium shipping is not refunded.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions, show signs of tampering, or have broken seals.

8. Discount Codes and Promotions

Discount codes are single-use per order unless otherwise stated. Minimum order values may apply. Discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with other offers (unless explicitly permitted), or applied retroactively to existing orders. We reserve the right to invalidate codes that are distributed or used in ways that violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of SnusFriend or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without prior written permission. Product names and brand logos belong to their respective owners.

10. User Accounts and Conduct

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false or misleading information; attempt to interfere with the Site's operation; resell products purchased on the Site without authorization; or post abusive, offensive, or harmful content in community features.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SnusFriend shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, or data, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Force Majeure

SnusFriend is not liable for delays or failure to perform any obligation under these Terms where the delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, war, terrorism, labour disputes, government actions, supply chain disruptions, carrier delays, pandemics, or interruption of transportation or telecommunications infrastructure.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved through the courts of Sweden, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions in your country of residence that may apply.
